Damn just saying that is a mouth full, imagine how satisfied your hunger will be after this meal.
To make the pita:
Put together one cup of wheat flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, salt and olive oil. Next put warm water gradually until the mixture is wet and doughy but not real sticky. Make sure and add warm water slowly so you do not put too much, but if you do just add a bit more flour. Once you’re done with that put it aside a let it rise for about ten minutes while you work on the chicken. Once the chicken is seasoned and the toppings are chopped you take the pita dough and start rolling out 8 to 10” circles, it works best if you put a little flour on the roller and on the surface you are rolling on. Heat up a shallow cooking pan to cook the pitas. Start with one side and once it starts to bubble up a bit it’s time to turn it over. Once you have a couple tortillas cooked you will want to put the chicken on the grill.
Now for the chicken:
Grab a couple chicken breasts depending on how many mouths you have to feed. Take dried basil and cinnamon sprinkle on the chicken breasts and fire up the grill. For the toppings chop red leaf lettuce and vine ripened tomatoes and shred a bit of low-fat cheese of whatever flavor you have. Put your chicken on the grill and cook it for about 15 min. Once it’s cooked pull your chicken off and cut into strips.
Now it’s time to put together the meal. I like to have some crunch with my meals so I have some sun chips on the side.
Portions
Male: You will use 5oz of chicken, 2 cups lettuce, 1 cup tomatoes, and ½ cup cheese; split between 2 pitas. Add 1 cup sun chips on the side.
Female: You will use 3oz of chicken, 1 cup lettuce, ½ cup tomatoes, and ¼ cup cheese; make 1 pita. Add ½ cup of sun chips on the side.
Hope you all enjoy it! I did. Feel free to give me feedback or let me know things you tweaked to make it better.

I loved this meal! dessert came natural after my meal, Cinnamon Roles! I would tell you to tweak your recipe with roles for dessert, but I guess you are trying to avoid roles or else you would be Heavy Tonite.
